Eligibility

1. Eligibility & B2B Access

Access to the US Peptide Clinic platform, catalog, and ordering system is restricted exclusively to verified business entities legally registered and operating within the United States. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to enter into legally binding agreements on behalf of a duly registered company, LLC, corporation, or research institution;
  • Your organization holds any licenses or permits required by federal, state, or local authorities to receive, possess, store, and handle research compounds;
  • You are at least 18 years of age and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
  • All registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Approved buyer categories are:

  • Research institutions — universities, independent research labs, contract research organizations (CROs), and private R&D facilities purchasing compounds for legitimate in vitro scientific research;
  • Licensed 503A compounding pharmacies — state-licensed compounding pharmacies purchasing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for compounding operations under their state pharmacy board registration, valid patient prescriptions, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

This platform is not accessible to individual consumers or minors. Products may not be purchased for personal, household, or recreational use.

Authorized Use

2. Authorized Use & Compliance Obligations

US Peptide Clinic operates under a dual-track supply model. The permitted use of any purchased compound and the compliance obligations of the buyer depend on the buyer's approved account category.

Research Institution Buyers (RUO)

Products sold to research institution accounts are supplied For Research Use Only and are not approved by the FDA for human consumption, therapeutic application, clinical trials, veterinary use, or any use in or on living organisms. In light of the FDA's significantly increased enforcement posture in 2026 — including the issuance of over 40 warning letters to research peptide suppliers in the first quarter of the year — purchasers are reminded that:

  • The "For Research Use Only" designation is a legally significant statement of intended use, not a blanket liability shield;
  • Reselling, repackaging, or redistributing products for human consumption may constitute misbranding under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act);
  • At least 14 U.S. states have enacted regulations exceeding federal minimums for research compounds — buyers are solely responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction;
  • US Peptide Clinic cooperates fully with regulatory authorities and maintains complete transaction records.

Licensed 503A Compounding Pharmacy Buyers

Products sold to pharmacy accounts are supplied as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) intended solely for incorporation into patient-specific compounded preparations pursuant to valid prescriptions from licensed practitioners. APIs may not be dispensed in their original form, resold, or redistributed. See Section 3 of these Terms for the full scope of obligations applicable to 503A pharmacy accounts.

Neither buyer category permits:

  • Purchase for personal, household, or recreational use;
  • Resale of purchased compounds in their original uncompounded form;
  • Administration of purchased compounds to humans or animals outside of a licensed 503A compounding framework.

Each buyer assumes full and exclusive responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the receipt, storage, handling, and use of purchased compounds within their approved buyer category.

503A Pharmacies

3. Compounding Pharmacy Buyers (503A)

Licensed compounding pharmacies operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) may purchase compounds from US Peptide Clinic as active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for use in compounding operations. This is a legally distinct buyer category from RUO research institutions and is governed by a different set of obligations.

Required credentials for 503A pharmacy accounts:

  • Active state pharmacy license number and the name of the issuing state board of pharmacy;
  • DEA registration number, where applicable to the compounds being purchased;
  • National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) e-Profile ID (strongly recommended; required for accredited facilities).

What US Peptide Clinic provides to 503A pharmacy buyers:

  • Active pharmaceutical ingredients supplied with full lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA), including HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and impurity profiles;
  • Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) per compound;
  • Documentation to support the pharmacy's own quality management records.

The 503A pharmacy assumes full and exclusive responsibility for:

  • Compliance with all applicable state pharmacy board regulations governing API sourcing, storage, and use;
  • Ensuring that all compounding is performed pursuant to valid, patient-specific prescriptions from licensed practitioners, as required under 503A;
  • Compliance with USP <797> (sterile compounding) and USP <795> (non-sterile compounding) standards, as applicable;
  • DEA compliance for any controlled substance analogs or scheduled APIs;
  • Not reselling, redistributing, or dispensing purchased APIs in any form other than as a compounded preparation for an identified patient with a valid prescription;
  • Maintaining all records required by their state board and applicable federal law.

US Peptide Clinic is not a licensed compounding pharmacy, does not compound or dispense finished drug preparations, and does not provide prescriptions or clinical guidance. The company acts solely as an API supplier. The 503A pharmacy is the regulated compounder and dispenser in this supply chain.

Account Approval

4. Account Approval

Submission of a registration application does not constitute or guarantee account activation. US Peptide Clinic reviews each application and reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose the reason for rejection. Separate verification criteria apply to each buyer category:

  • Research institutions: Verification of business registration, institutional affiliation, or CRO credentials;
  • 503A compounding pharmacies: Active state pharmacy license verification via the NABP database or direct state board confirmation, plus DEA registration review where applicable.

During the review period, applicants will receive confirmation of receipt but will not have access to catalog pricing or ordering. Once approved, account holders may:

  • Access full catalog pricing;
  • Submit purchase orders via the platform;
  • Download product Certificates of Analysis (COAs).

Approved accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated for: (a) violation of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading registration information; (c) evidence of non-research use or resale for human consumption; or (d) failure to maintain required business licenses or permits.

Pricing & Payment

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Catalog pricing is displayed only to approved account holders. Prices are denominated in U.S. Dollars and may include volume-based discounts specific to each account as agreed separately. All prices are subject to change without prior notice; orders are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Payment method (Version 1): US Peptide Clinic operates on net payment terms. Upon order confirmation, a commercial invoice will be issued specifying the payment due date, accepted payment methods (wire transfer, ACH, or business check), and remittance instructions. Online payment processing is not available in the current platform version.

  • Payment is due by the date stated on the issued invoice.
  • Accounts with outstanding balances past the due date may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
  • US Peptide Clinic reserves the right to assess late fees on overdue invoices consistent with Florida law and as specified on the invoice.
Shipping

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All shipments originate from our Miami, Florida fulfillment center. Orders received and confirmed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after that time or on weekends and holidays ship on the next business day.

  • Shipping costs are included in the quoted product price unless otherwise specified on the invoice — no additional freight charges apply for domestic U.S. deliveries.
  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon handoff of the shipment to the carrier.
  • Products are shipped in certified cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity during transit.
  • US Peptide Clinic does not ship internationally. Deliveries are made exclusively within the continental United States.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photographic documentation and the order number.

Returns

7. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of research compounds and the cold-chain requirements involved in their shipment, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. US Peptide Clinic does not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Order cancellations must be requested in writing before the order enters the dispatch queue (generally prior to 1:00 PM ET on the order date). Once fulfillment has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.

Exceptions: In the event of a documented shipping error (wrong product, wrong quantity) or verified product defect with COA evidence, US Peptide Clinic will, at its option, issue a credit, replacement, or refund for the affected items only. Such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Buyer Compliance

8. Buyer Compliance Obligations

Buyer represents, warrants, and covenants that it will, at all times:

  • Use all purchased products exclusively for lawful scientific research in properly equipped laboratory facilities;
  • Comply with all applicable federal regulations under the FD&C Act, DEA rules, EPA regulations, and OSHA laboratory safety standards;
  • Comply with all applicable state and local regulations governing the receipt, storage, handling, disposal, and use of research compounds, including the specific requirements enacted by California, Texas, New York, Florida, and other states that exceed federal minimums;
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage for research activities involving the products;
  • Not export, re-export, or divert products in violation of U.S. export control laws;
  • Properly label, store, and dispose of products in accordance with applicable MSDS/SDS requirements.

Breach of any representation in this section is a material breach of these Terms entitling US Peptide Clinic to immediately terminate the account and pursue all available legal remedies.

Intellectual Property

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, COA formats, logos, design elements, and the platform software — is the exclusive property of US Peptide Clinic or its licensors and is protected by applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

Approved account holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of purchasing products for legitimate research use. This license does not permit:

  • Reverse engineering the platform or its software;
  • Using product descriptions or COAs in any commercial marketing or advertising context.
Liability

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Peptide Clinic's total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to the purchase of products or use of this platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

US Peptide Clinic shall not be liable under any theory of law — contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or research data;
  • Buyer's failure to comply with applicable research or regulatory requirements;
  • Third-party claims arising from buyer's use or misuse of the products;
  • Damages resulting from the inherent instability or degradation of research compounds outside recommended storage conditions.

Products are provided "as is" for research purposes only. Purity and identity specifications are as stated on the applicable COA at time of shipment.

Indemnification

11. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless US Peptide Clinic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Buyer's use of any purchased product outside of legitimate scientific research;
  • Buyer's violation of any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory requirement;
  • Any misrepresentation made by buyer during registration or in connection with any order;
  • Any third-party claim resulting from buyer's acts or omissions involving the products.
Governing Law

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any transaction on this platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
